ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
General Body
It is the supreme authority responsible for regulating the affairs of the Society. It comprises all categories of members. It will meet at least once in a year. Emergency meeting of the General Body can be called with a request of 1/3rd of the total members of the Society at four weeks notice. For ordinary General Body meeting the quorum shall comprise of 30 members.
Governing Body
The Governing Body, an executive organ of the Society shall meet regularly (at least once a year) to ensure the proper functioning of the Society. However, a special meeting an be convened with a notice of 15 days by the Secretary with the consent of the President.
The Governing Body is composed of a President, two Vice Presidents, a Secretary, a Joint Secretary, a Treasurer eight Executive members and seven Zonal Councellors each from North, East, South, Central, Western, Delhi and Mid eastern zone. Overseas members are included in Delhi Zone. All members have a voting right to regulate the functioning of the Society.
The Governing Body will hold office for a period of two years and will be elected by members only.
