GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPT

  1. Title Page

    The title page should include the following information in the order:

    Concise and informative title

    • The name(s) of the author(s)
    • The affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s)
    • The e-mail address of the corresponding author
  2. Abstract
    • Please provide an abstract of about 200 to 250 words. It should include region where study was conducted, methodology and important results/outcome of the study.
  3. Keywords
    • 4 to 5 keywords are required which should be arranged in alphabetic order and not repeated in the title of the manuscript. The word should be separated by comma

INTRODUCTION

Materials and Methods
Cite references in the text by name and year in parentheses. Some examples:
  • Negotiation research spans many disciplines (Verma, 1990).
  • This result was supported by Panwar and Puri , 1996.
  • This effect has been widely studied (Khurana, 1991; Khosla et al, 1995; Dogra and Dogra, 1998).
Results And Discussion

Cite references as given under Materials and Methods section above

Acknowledgements

Acknowledgments of people, grants, funds, etc. should be placed in a separate section before the reference list. The names of funding organizations should be written in full.

References

The list of references should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication. Personal communications and unpublished works should only be mentioned in the text.

References should be arranged alphabetically and in hanging mode eg.

    Tables
    All tables are to be numbered using arabic numerals and they should be cited in the text with the similar number. Footnotes to tables should include the details of the short forms ect used in the table

    Figures
    All figures are to be numbered using arabic numerals and they should be cited in the text with the similar number using Fig. 1 etc. Only black and white graphic with no shading are the only accepted format for figures.

    Text Formatting
    Manuscript should be submitted in MS word . The content should be typed in 12 point Times New Roman Font with automatic page numbering at bottom of the page. Use tab for starting new paragraph. Save the file in doc or docx format. To make tables use table function of the MS Word. Use the equation editor or MathType for equations.

    Copyright transfer
    Authors have to transfer copyright of the article to the Publisher (or grant the Publisher exclusive publication and dissemination rights). This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws.

    Offprints
    Offprints are not provided to the authors. The published article in pdf format will be provided to the senior/corresponding author.

    Proof reading
    The purpose of the proof is to check for typesetting or conversion errors and the completeness and accuracy of the text, tables and figures. Substantial changes in content, e.g., new results, corrected values, title and authorship, are not allowed. The manuscript will be sent for proof reading in pdf format through email. Authors can down load and make correction on the hard copy and send the same after scanning.
